Learning Assessment System Assignments (LASAs) Research Paper
Learning Assessment System Assignments (LASAs) - Research Paper Example In homerooms with the act of learning evaluation, understudies know about what they are relied upon to learn in a unit of study. It is this acknowledgment that makes learning appraisal framework basic in training frameworks. Learning evaluation framework is a device that estimates whether an understudy has realized what the person in question was relied upon to learn after a specific timeframe (Woollard, 2010). The framework involves evaluation that is joined by a letter evaluation or number. It additionally involves contrasting a studentââ¬â¢s execution and set gauges, just as correspondence of results to the guardians and understudies. There are ranges of learning hypotheses that comprise of numerous ways or ways to deal with clarify how people and understudies specifically learn (Porter and Lacey, 2005). This paper will examine Vygotskyââ¬â¢s Zone of Proximal Development Theory and Gardnerââ¬â¢s Theory of Multiple Intelligences. Specifically, it will look into these two s peculations and from there on give a contention to help the selection of every hypothesis to the PK-12 homeroom whenever arranging learning open doors for understudies. Look into Vygotskyââ¬â¢s hypothesis of ââ¬Å"zone of proximal developmentâ⬠to Gardnerââ¬â¢s hypothesis of different insights. ... This hypothesis sees association with fit or increasingly competent companions as a powerful method of creating systems and aptitudes. It proposes that educators utilize helpful learning practices where kids who are less equipped create with the help of friends who are increasingly capable and handy; that is, inside the proximal advancement zone (Chaiklin, 2003). Vygotsky who was the fundamental advocate of this hypothesis accepted that when an understudy is at the Zone of Proximal Development for a given errand, arrangement of the suitable help will give the understudy adequate ââ¬Å"boostâ⬠to accomplish the job needing to be done (Berry, 2008). He additionally accepted that once the understudy has profited by the proper help and has aced the errand, at that point the help can be expelled and the understudy can accomplish the undertaking again all alone (Vygotsky, 1978). The recommendations of this hypothesis were educated by the accept by a portion of the instructive calling s who included Vygotsky that the job of training was to give kids encounters that are inside their ZPD, along these lines upgrading and empowering their individual learning. Mayer (2008) takes note of that the ZPD hypothesis characterizes capacities that are yet to develop, yet are in the developing procedure. This hypothesis was created to contend against the ordinary methods for deciding studentsââ¬â¢ knowledge. As it were, it was created to contend against the utilization of information based and scholarly tests as a method of measuring the insight of understudies. As indicated by this hypothesis, the studentââ¬â¢s knowledge can't be dictated by analyzing whet he knows; rather, it contends that it is smarter to autonomously look at studentââ¬â¢s capacity to take care of issues, also

Jewish Holy Days Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 750 words
Jewish Holy Days - Essay Example This is because of the way that all non-Israelite firstborns were to be murdered by a holy messenger of death sent by God. Be that as it may, all together for the soul to recognize in which houses to incur demise, all the Israelites were encouraged to butcher a sheep and imprint their entryways with its blood to such an extent that the soul would disregard their homes and go to those which were plain (Strassfeld, 2001). In this light, they were requested to guarantee that all the meat from the sheep was broiled and eaten without leaving any indication of it (August, 2000). While at it, they were to pack every one of their things for example the versatile ones in availability to leave on the mass migration once the pharaoh had acknowledged to discharge them. The excursion they were going to begin was one which gave these individuals abundant time to get ready as it was uniquely in a one night notice and in that capacity, the greater part of the food particularly bread was half or abso lutely unleavened and they needed to convey it in that state else chance starvation particularly because of the way that a large portion of the landscape on their way was a desert. This was likewise educated by the dread that once their discharge was authorized, there was a likelihood that pharaoh would alter his perspective and along these lines, they needed to leave in a rush and as fast as could be expected under the circumstances. During the Passover night, the blessed messenger of death came as guaranteed and murdered all the firstborns in homes having a place with non-Israelites and in the fallout, Pharaoh consented to allow the Israelites to free yet as they had foreseen, he altered his perspective and sent troopers to bring them back yet by at that point, Moses and his kin had just crossed the red ocean (August, 2000). The Passover festivities are directed start on the fifteenth day on the period of Nissan, which corresponds with the long stretches of March or April on the G regorian schedule, and runs for 7 to 8 days (Strassfeld, 2001). During this period, adherents watch different standards and merriments, the vast majority of which are emblematic articulations of the Passover night at the hour of mass migration. For instance, all the family units are required to arrange all the chametz in their having a place by method of obliterating it totally, or giving it out to non Jews with the expectation of reacquiring it after the celebrations. Chametz alludes to the food things which are generally results of grain, and which have experienced aging. Preceding the beginning of the heavenly day, family units ordinarily set out on a cleanup practice planned for expelling any hints of chametz, including any utensils that have been utilized to set it up, after which careful review is led. This in itself represents the unleavened bread that the Israelites conveyed from Egypt and furthermore the evacuation of haughtiness in the spirits of the adherents. Rather than chametz, the Jews devour Matzoh for example a blend of flour and water cooked rapidly before 18 minutes are finished. This is because of the presumption that batter begins ascending inside 18 minutes in the event that it is left uncooked along these lines turning out to be chametz (Strassfeld, 2001). The quick of the firstborns is likewise one of the exercises related with Jewish Passover (Sper, 2003). In such manner, all the firstborns should take an interest in remembrance of the way that they were safeguarded from the anger of the holy messenger of death. The fasting is led on the day preceding Passover and is just a commitment of those firstborn guys of 13 years or more, which is the most concurred period of halakhic adulthood.

Liberal Democracy And The Constitutional System - 2526 Words
Liberal democracy is a form of government that operates under a constitutional system and is ruled by the electorate. The government is representative of the people and regular elections are held. It calls for the freedoms that are stated in Americaââ¬â¢s first amendment-freedom of press, speech, religion, and assembly. This political ideology has been apart of history. Patriots, such as our founding fathers and Patrick Henry, were willing to risk their lives in order to achieve freedom from an oppressive monarchial government. They risked everything in order to have a shot at individual freedoms and basic human rights such as life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The most important claims of liberal democracy are a representative government, a limited government, the separation of powers, and property rights. These claims will be assessed from a biblical perspective (and further expounded upon). A representative government is a key aspect of liberal democracy. Since the po wer to elect a leader to a political office rests with the people, those in office have an obligation to honor those voices accurately. An active and responsive government body can be very productive. Not only will it create a strong nation, but citizens have the potential to be highly satisfied with their work. Anarchy is less likely to occur. The Bible discusses the process of starting a representative government in Deuteronomy 1. In Deuteronomy 1:13-17 (NRSV) it says, ââ¬Å" ââ¬ËChoose for each of yourShow MoreRelated The Rise of Universal Liberal Values? Essay1125 Words à |à 5 PagesThe Rise of Universal Liberal Values? Catcher In The Rye, The Narrative Of The Life Of Fd, A...
English Final Exam - Addressing Identity Essay Question 1: In Catcher In the Rye, The Narrative of the life of FD, A Doll house, and Romeo and Juliet, all of the characters in these stories go through a series of life changing events which shape them as a person. Every single one of these characters starts off their story without knowing the answer the the question ââ¬Å"Who am I?â⬠and throughout the course of their lives (or a shorter time period), they grow and change as people, due to the events of their lives, and the obstacles that they encounter and must overcome in order to reach a place where their true identity becomes apparent. The journey to reach this place is never a short and easy one, and all of these characters have their livesâ⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦Holden is like a child, trying to be an adult, and trying to adapt the behaviors that he think will make him more grown-up, while Nora is the opposite. She is an adult that adapts the behavior and personality of a child, in order to attempt to fit into the role of t he ââ¬Å"submissive housewife,â⬠which she has been forced into since she was a child, first by her father, and then by Torvald. While these actions of theirs make the Holden and Nora very different characters, they also show another way that these character are alike. To realize who they are, they need to remove these fake (or ââ¬Ëphonyââ¬â¢ as Holden might say) identities. Even though the behaviors and personalities Holden and Nora try to take on are opposites, the purpose for these fake identities is the same. Holden and Nora are outsiders compared to everyone else that shares their basic traits. An example of this is that Holden is very different from the other boys of his age. He doesnââ¬â¢t know how to interact with girls/women, and he doesn t share the same, or even similar, morals of his fellow peers. He tries to force himself to be more like them, though, by doing things like paying Sunny to have sex with him, even though he clearly doesnââ¬â¢t want to and didnââ¬â¢t in the first place. In that example, Holden is setting himself up for

Brains vs Beauty Free Essays
In the Tales from the Thousand and One Nights the women are represented as fraudulent, cunning characters using their sexuality to their benefit. Some of these women are portrayed as deceitful harlots, while others honestly use their sly wits and beauty to their advantage to obtain what they desire. In the time of the Tales, female sexuality was prevalent, so itââ¬â¢s not absurd to read about all the infidelity and sexuality in these stories; however it is interesting to see how each female character uses that to her benefit. We will write a custom essay sample on Brains vs Beauty or any similar topic only for you Order Now Some women show to be evil minded while others have good intentions. Throughout the Tales from the Thousand and One Nights, there are different stories that Shahrazad tells, depicting the women in different manners. Some women were represented as deceitful whores, such as the wives of the kings in the Prologue of the Tales, others used their wit and knowledge to gain their desire, for example, Shahrazad, the story teller of the book. Shahrazad uses these women as examples to show King Shahriyar and his brother, Shahzaman that not all women are untrustworthy. They just know how to use what they have sexually and intellectually to gain control of a situation. By sexually, I donââ¬â¢t mean throwing themselves at different men; men are weak and will easily fall for anything a woman says if he thinks he will ââ¬Å"benefitâ⬠from it. In ââ¬Å"The Tale of King Shahriyar and his Brother Shahzamanâ⬠the two kings find out that their wives were frolicking about having affairs with different men. This is in the Prologue of the Tales, the two kings went on an expedition and ran into a woman, who happened to be the wife of a Jinnee, she threatened the brothers to please her or she shall wake the Jinnee.Once the fowl woman was done using the kings for her pleasure, she proceeded to pull out a string with ninety-eight rings on it. Each ring represented a man she had slept with. The kings were astonished but at the same time relieved, ââ¬Å"If such a thing could happen to a mighty Jinnee, then our misfortune is light indeedâ⬠(19). In the beginning stories, women look like they are the villains in the book, because they portray themselves to be indecent harlots. The kings at this point come to the conclusion that all women are they same, so they devise a plan to be with a virgin every night and kill her the next morning. The brothers will never feel the pain of a broken heart again. Sexual fidelity has always been the core social concern. Some of these tales prove that to be true. The kings refuse to let that happen to them again, so they come up with this plan. So as one can see, the women so far in the Tales hold a bad reputation, until King Shahriyar met the Vizierââ¬â¢s daughter, Shahrazad. Shahrazad, is also the storyteller of the Tales she begs her father to let her marry the king despite the fact that he wishes to kill her in the morning. She was very confident that she could sway the kingââ¬â¢s decision of her dooming death. She devised a plan with her sister in high hopes that it will save her life. Shahrazad was going to ask for her sister, Dunyazad to bid her a farewell, and she was to ask Shahrazad to tell a ââ¬Å"tale of marvel, so that the night may pass pleasantlyâ⬠(23). The king agreed. In this story Shahrazad proves to use her wit to her advantage, although she knows that her death is possibly near she shows strength and confidence. She knows that if she can pull this off, not only will she save her own life and the life of any other of the kings victims, but also she will be made the wife of the king. She cunningly uses her knowledge to prolong her death. Shahrazad presents a number of representations of women throughout the stories in the Tales and does not rely on the stereotype presented at the beginning of the book when all women are perceived as harlots. In the story, ââ¬Å"The Woman and Her Five Loversâ⬠a young woman falls in love with young man who gets into a brawl and is imprisoned. The woman is distraught and thinks of a plan to free her lover. She goes to five men to help her achieve her goal. She goes to the Governor, the Vizier, the Cadi, and the King asking them to sign a petition to free her lover. Instead of telling them that he is her husband, she tells them that he is her brother and her sole support. The four men are so at awe with her beauty and sexual demeanor that they agree, but only if they can have her for one night. She convinces these men to meet her at her house, ââ¬Å"it is more fitting that I should wait for you at my house, were there are neither slaves nor maidservants to intrude upon our privacyâ⬠(107). She then goes to a carpenter and asks him to build a cupboard of four large compartments, he said heââ¬â¢d do it with honor and free of charge if she would give him one night to himself. The sly woman agreed and in the midst of leaving told the carpenter she forgot she needed five cupboards, not four. The carpenter did as she ordered. One by one the men started to show at her house, she greeted each man kissing the ground before him and saying slick remarks such as, ââ¬Å"first take of your clothes and your turban. You will be much more comfortable in this light robe and bonnetâ⬠(109). Not soon after thereââ¬â¢d be a knock at the door, the woman would tell the men to quickly jump into the cupboard because that was her husband at the door. They all ended up in the cupboard, but the woman made sure to have all petitions signed so that her husband could be freed. Once the men were locked up, she rescued her lover. In this specific story, Shahrazad showed the King that not all women are unfaithful. She did use her sexuality to her benefit to connive these men into her ultimate goal, to free her lover. She used her wit just as Shahrazad had. This particular character in the book goes against the perception in the beginning of the Tales that all women are unfaithful. She might have been wrong per se because she deceived the five men, but she did it for her lover, which in turn, makes her a heroine in her loverââ¬â¢s eyes. The idiocy of the men to fall for her seductive demeanor leads them to an unpleasurable stay locked in a cupboard. In the times the Tales were told in, it was the norm for woman to be seductive, women knew that they had an advantage because men are weak when it comes to the desire of a beautiful lady. So in these tales, it is not unusual to read stories of such perversity. Some of the women used their sexuality as a tool for their own pleasure, while others respected their lover and bodies and used their brains to obtain their ultimate goal. These were the wise women of the stories. Most of the other women who were caught being unfaithful were killed, which again was routine punishment for their deceit. The women who used their brains over their bodies were rewarded with respect and love. Ultimately, Shahrazad, through her lessons in the form of stories, she depicts women as not simply whores and tricksters, but as capable of wit, intelligence, and much more beyond sex and infidelity. Marketing Intelligence and Planning
Question: Discuss about the Marketing Intelligence and Planning. Answer: Introduction Guests at the restaurant must always be treated properly. There are many places where the same etiquettes are not followed properly. The hospitality should be to such an extent that the guest feels like at home. It is needed to be done so that the person comes back to the same hotel. There are many intricacies and functional liabilities to access this problem and thus there is a need of effective planning and management. What is a good job? Good job is essential for all. In a hotel, good job shall refer to the rightful helping and the warmth conferred to the guest. The guest is the most welcomed person in the hotel. He or she is the one who shall bring in the revenue for the hotel. Thus it must be seen that the customer is completely pleased so this must be done as soon as possible. How long this must take? As soon as the person enters the hotel all the staffs must ensure that the customers receive proper services. Actually as per the management standards the services must start before the person is in the folds of the host. There must be no mistake in the hospitality. The hospitality and the welcome department must be warm and prompt. Often it is seen that while serving the guest the people linger and waste time. Yet the truth is that prompt service is always encouraged. Say for example as soon as the person comes in, there must be a person to be predisposed for him or her. He or she must not find the place boring or less interesting. The total atmosphere and the surroundings must be made interesting for the guest of the hotel. Another fact of the system is that the atmosphere of the place is created not only by the lights and aroma but also by the people. The people of the restaurant must be trained enough to handle people effectively. The main problems that happen with most of the restaurants are that the people there are not trained with the tenets of management of people in the place. They treat them either harshly or they are too timid to interact. Both the concerns are not good for a company to sh ine out. The requirement is of a good and amicable person at the table. The service must not be just a service but must be the place to comeback every time. Role of a leader in the sector We have a notion that when in politics there is a need of a leader and the rest are all the same. Yet the truth is that there is a requirement of a leader in every sector of life. The leader shall make sure that hospitality is served in a proper way (Hall, 1962). A good leader is the one who can control others to his fold and can also enjoy the trust and sympathy of the guests. The leader is that person who shall guide the followers through thick and thin and thus create a universal path. The leaders role thus is immense and important in this field as well! Sustainability It is important to determine the sustainability of the process. If the process is good but not seen properly then it is deemed to be non-sustained and rejected. Thus the process of management must be straight forward. Depending on the above factors the following organizational management plan is to be enumerated. Procedure This is a great constraint. If the procedure is incorrect then all the things done are amiss. Thus the procedure is dividing and thwarted. This creates a gap between the two reasons. The procedure states that: Root Organizational Unit 1. Staff Assignment 2. Creating Jobs 3. Creating Positions 4. Assigning Jobs to Positions 5. Assigning Users to positions 6. Assigning Task If this is maintained then the country shall get a edge. The procedure must be done with ease. Goal and objectives The goal of this service is to increase the rush in the hotel and at the same time please them at the highest level. The hotel can only be a branded if the workers in here are honest and collaborative. The main goal of this research is to figure out how to manage the hospitality and establish a quick and good workflow in the office alias (Leading the team organization: How to create an enduring competitive advantage, 1993). If the above concept is ensured then the hotel shall gain a lot and if the hotel remains like stated then there shall be chance of extra money through increment on profits. At the same time this shall provide employment as well. Procedure distribution The moment the organization gets a root organization chart, the tasks for the same are assigned and the organizational work is triggered. One must be sure of the successes of the full course. As soon as the motive is taken up the company it assigns the job to the individuals. The individuals must be brought from a selected sector of the society through several interviews and on the speck of experiences. After the recruitment of the people in the service sector all the other jobs are created. Say for example if an institution has more than one job to be done, then the task must be divided. Thus there is a scope to create the new openings and the new people can flock into the same. After the main work of creating the jobs and creation of the other positions are done the assignments of the same are to be offered and the full thing is to be submitted as well. This is very important as the assignment must be allocated to the prefect man as the others might spoil the broth. This shall increment the condition of the HR in this place. Organizational planning and staffing helps to produce the fundamental framework required for a modern managerial plan. It also helps to imitate the arrangement and HR milieu of enterprise. In order to provide excellent services the following tasks must be done. Thus it is now clear that the management of the system can be dependent on others. Management of the present task: the sequential order In light of the aforesaid processes these tasks must be done. 1. As the guest enters the restaurant there must be people at his service. He or she must be tended with care and the seat must be conferred. The person must be ably and amply greeted. 2. Then the services must be divided among people in the hotel. There are a lots of services like being at the table waiting for the man, taking the order, preparing the right quality foods, serving the dishes, taking the dish away. There are many more in between. Thus the tasks must be divided and distributed among the others for better service. 3. It must be seen by the leader that the task is accomplished properly. As the customer enters the hotel he must be given a seat in the hotel. A glass of water must be offered. The order of the person is to be taken with diligence and utmost support must be provided. The details regarding the food products and the making of the same must be disclosed properly and in details. It must be made sure that the customer does not feel no eeriness and isolation in the hotel. 4. After the order is taken, the rest of the officials must be attended by an at waiting service. There must be a person at the table of the guest so that he feels he is not neglected. The behavior and the benevolence of the waiter must be trained and polished. The quality of the restaurant shall be evident from the people who are the face of the hotel make sure that the customers in the hotel are happy. 5. The next thing that follows is the quality of the food. If the hospitality and the quality of the food are good then the customer shall flock in the hotel again and again. Thus the hospitality must be given a special care. The food must be hygienically prepared and the taste must be good. Special aroma shall increase the appeal. There can be some special dishes that are special for this restaurant and are not found anywhere in the city. 6. The end product of this process is that when the person leaves, he or she must leave with a good impression in his or her mind (Tanji, 2014). If the mind is disrupted then the person shall never come back. Thus the waiter and the client must be both aware of each other and there is a chance of his return again. 7. There must be a detailed contact with the customers. This can be accomplished through sending occasional offer services and SMS alert to the contact numbers. This shall symbolize that there is a constant contact between the two poles and this can make the customer much more attracted to the hotel. Pros and cons of the ideas The main pros of the hospitality management are that the people make a relationship with the restaurant. The taste and the aroma of the hotel must tickle the incoming people and this shall increase their appetite. The presence of well behaved and good mannered people shall increase the appeal of the hotel to a great extent. This might also be lucrative in the long run. The cons can be enumerated by the availability of good customer service. If the person at the hotel gets a bad treatment then the total thing shall be in dismal array. The customer who is distraught shall not promote the service but demote the same and that shall be absolutely bad for the hotel. Thus as a person can be the face of the hotel, the same can be the destructor of the fame as well. Thus there is too much dependence on individuals which can be harmful as well. SOP: Standard operating procedure Processes: The hospitality of the guests is the main concern. It is said repeatedly in the prior paragraphs that the services must start at the time when the customer enters the hotel and shall continue even after he leaves. The goal is to make sure that the customer definitely returns. There must be a great relationship between the customer and the waiter. The requirement of the physical resources: The man power is requisite along with a great hotel. There must be a proper establishment where people shall come in to eat a brisk thing. There must be a place where the people can sit and talk. Human resources: The entire management of a hotel is dependent on its human resource which must be good. The people who are coming to visit the hotel must be reliable and they must be sure to work hard. They must be waiting at the table with decency. Performance standard: The first condition is that the staffs must greet the customers and then there must be a strong relation between the waiter and the customer. The food must be best and the restaurant must be well decorated. The above research was presented to the ABC group of hotels and associates, one of the leading chain restaurant holders in the city and abroad. They wanted expansion yet they were finding no way out. There were no stones unturned and all the re requisite measures are required. The ABC group took the details of the planning and accordingly implemented the same. The results were really startling. There are so many new customers revisiting with the suggestion that the waiters must be benevolent and amicable. They must be felt like home (Tanji, 2014). The processes helped the company to gain a lot of customers. The incoming customers have increased a lot. There are many people today who are coming in the restaurant bewildered by the behavior and aromatic air in the hotel. Hence the business of the company has increased. The new procedure of workplace management is to understand and register the new customers. The regular conversation with the customers via messages has provided a lot of revisited customers. Thus the new procedure was helpful to a great extent it has also helped the company to gain a lot of new customers. SOP service The standard operating procedure is through the right SOP service. The SOP provides the detailed requirements and the detailed analysis of the customers. It also analyzes the waiter and helps them to act as per the analysis. The SOP services help in incrementing the total income to a huge extent. SOP is based on three kinds of information structures. These three are characteristics and key figures with the time base. How shall SOP characters effect the quality assurance This is the most vital question as the quality assurance must be provided to the people. If the SOP is done on the basis of the characteristics, then it is easier to handle. The dishes must be clean and so must be the food. The SOP shall help in creating a long term relationship with the customers that will indirectly benefit the company. Conclusion Today there are many hotels that provide great services to their customers. The distribution of space is most important and so is the behavior. Managing the patterns shall be very lucrative. The modern hotel world is planning for every aspect of their hotel. The customer base must also be planned for the betterment of the hotel. Thus the outcome shall be effective in all aspects. The SOP service also manages the investment of the hotel. This might help the hotel to gain a lot for future development. The staffs and the managers of the hotel also must make sure that they provide customer service and at the same time provide high quality food so that all the customers leave happily and at the same time they feel like coming back again and again. This will ultimately increase the profit and the overall reputation of the company. There are many problems that might arise from the mentioned situations. Here the possibilities of the problem are analyzed. Documentation: it was seen that the things were disorganized and highly incomplete. This is a serious problem for any institution. In the modern marketing standards everything must be documented. If there is no record then the past incidents cannot be traced and the company shall be in total disarray when there is a requirement of the past track record of the hotel. Less or no documentation also imply that there can be the cases of corruption within the hotel. There can be cheating and all other kinds of mishaps that aim at the loss of the hotel all together. Documentation is an essential part of the total process of planning. There can be many more issues relating to this fault. Lack of RSA signage: this means that there are no records regarding the visit and exit of the employees. This is an absolute obnoxious and unforgiving thing. One cannot afford to be so irresponsible. If there are no records again there can be no trace of any past mishap or mislead. There are no records as to when the people have come to work and when did they go off. The programs for the staffs were nonexistent that means the hotel was running bereft of proper planning. Thus it did not advance in terms of services and profit. Cashier balances not in balance: if the scales of the cashier are not in balance then one can sure of the fact there were fishy things in the whole matter. The cash scales are the centre of the profit for the hotel, issues with this place shall mean that everything was dismal in here. The declining bar takings: this means that the customers were dislocating themselves from the bar. People were not coming to the hotel and that implies something serious. This needs a good solution in immediate terms. High customer complaints: if the customers complain then they shall not come the second time and that shall mean the declining profit balance. If the customers have the grievances then they shall not recommend the place to others and that mean the publicity shall be harmed. Eventually the customer complaint shall finish up the total business. Irregular staff: any process stands on two poles: the staff and the customer. If both of the same are not in their position then what is the need of that institution to stay on? The basic condition of the hotel was likewise. No one liked the place and the employees were very disconcerted about the development of the position. Thus they neglected their task which meant this condition. There are many problems and Harry has pointed them all. The first issue that he shall try to solve is the customer grievance issue. He shall first try to make the condition of the bar much better than what it has been. He shall ensure that the people who come in the bar feel at home. The comfort must be doubled and the work force must be agile and happy. They must have the happiness to work and serve so that they confer the same to the customers. Thus harry shall first have a good group who shall listen to his orders and shall be happy go like and helpful. Then he would try to increment the condition of the food and beverages found in here. The basic things must be resolved before the call for the customers increase. Then he should give some advertisements of the new opening and there must be some initial discounts to attract a flow of people. As the people comes in Harry shall personally tend everyone and try to give an ear to all. He shall try to take the suggestions and bring about the changes. He shall keep in a constant contact with the people who come in to eat and pass their time. He shall not allow stone unturned. He shall go to all extents to solve the issues regarding the customer problem and shall make the place a hub in a few months. As per the opinion of the modern management gurus Harry must take the opinion of others. He should consult the people who have silvered their hairs in this line as regards the ways to come out of the grotesque problems. He must resort to the experiences of the people he thinks to be demanding of the honor. Yet this must be till the suggestion level. He must not take them to the controlling board. There only harry must be the sole decider. Yet in the initial stages he must take the helps of the erudite people for further knowledge and better enlightenment. Harry must also take the suggestions from some prime customers that he knows personally. In any case these must be still the suggestion level;. Harry must decide on himself what the best is. Yes Harry must make a total planning document. Every planning has two parts, namely the implementation and the planning part. The first must have theoretical endeavor. This means that every bit of the things done and though after must be documented. The failure and the lack of the documentation is an important part of the whole work. Thus in this case everything must be in record. The workplace records shall be in two parts. One shall be the thought and the other the stats. Harry must first notify what he is thinking the best and how is he aiming at achieving the same. He must make a complete homework of the strategies and that must be penned in the detail. Nothing must be done on spontaneity. After the quoting is done and the documentation is done too, there are the chances of the further increments. The documents shall be the best guide. Besides it shall also show the future generation how the former ones solved their problems. Harry must not neglect writing and concocting down every bit of the teaching he offers.
